Hello darlings, I'm Clare Robinette, a UK Makeup artist relocated to Austin, TX. Mum to Olive, wife to Myles and an old soul with love of all things from the past.

 

I began my makeup career 20 years ago. I have experience in everything from catwalk, editorial, film, music and now bridal makeup.

 

I'm able to make instant connections with all who sit in my chair. I advise on techniques and products to use but I also listen to my clients needs and wants.

 

Over the years I have found that so many women start a conversation telling me what they don’t like about themselves rather than what they do like. Just by listening I can make people feel more comfortable in their skin. It’s like magic! Having the ability to watch someone's confidence grow right before your eyes is why I love my job.

 

It’s so important that every bride who works with me feels like the best version of themselves. Which is why I create makeup looks to elevate and enhance one's natural beauty.

 

I draw most of my inspiration from Old Hollywood movie stars and music legends from the past. These looks are perfect for bridal. Flawless, defined, and radiant, everything a bride should be on their wedding day.

 

Working with Alissa over the past 2 years echoed my belief that not all women are catered for when it comes to bridal beauty. We want to appeal to everyone, especially those who dream of a look more whimsical, romantic and otherworldly.
